Players Club card, step by step

The Players Club is Casino Regina's free card, and it works at both Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw. The checker below walks through getting a card, what points convert to and when they lapse.

Players Club checker

Join, convert, lapse

  1. Can I join?

Yes: sign up at the Players Club desk with photo ID.

  2. Points from money already spent

100 points. 1,000 points are needed for one $5 voucher.

  3. When do points lapse?

With no activity, points lapse after 12 months.

Points are a small return on money already wagered, not a reason to play more. Self-excluded people receive no winnings, credits or prizes.

  • Points are earned on money wagered, so the checker converts play that has already happened and is not a plan for more.
  • Points expire only after 12 months with no activity on the account.

Getting a card

Membership in the Players Club is free. A card is issued at the Players Club desk at Casino Regina, and the desk asks for photo ID. The legal gambling age in Saskatchewan is 19, and the casino is 19+. One card covers both Casino Regina and Casino Moose Jaw.

Exclusion changes the picture. People who are voluntarily self-excluded or involuntarily excluded are not eligible to receive any winnings, credits or prizes at the casino. That holds whether or not they carry a card.

How points are earned

Slot play earns 1 point for every $1 wagered. Poker is counted by time instead: 160 points per hour, credited when a player hands the card to the Poker Manager. The Poker Room opens at noon every day of the week. Points expire only after 12 months without account activity.

Redemption has two rates. 1,000 points convert to $5 in slot free play or a $5 dining or entertainment voucher. At 1,400 points, the conversion is $5 cash back. Read plainly, that is a small return on money already spent. It is not a reason to play more.

Tiers and the yearly card

The tiers run Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Each January, a member's tier is set from total play in the previous year. The tier on a card reflects last year, not the current one. The card itself expires at the end of every calendar year. A new one is issued at Guest Services.

Balances can be checked at the Players Club kiosks or at Guest Services. Platinum and Diamond members receive a monthly food and beverage credit. Casino Regina has no hotel of its own. Players Club members get discounts at its downtown partner hotels: Delta, DoubleTree and Wingate.
